This is my dedicated platform for writing and podcasting about all things team building related. The goal is to tell stories about lessons learned through through the lens of sports and economics.

My posts cross between topics like collective bargaining, roster management, behavioral economics, cognitive biases, interest rates, and signaling. However, all my writings share the same focus of bringing to light topics that deserve more attention.
